Built around real practices, for people who run them.
MyWellOps runs the business side of a practice — bookings, notes, payments, messages and your website — so practitioners can focus on the work they trained for and build something sustainable.
To help practitioners become the best they can be — and build a practice they’re proud of.
Built for the people who run the clinics
MyWellOps is built for practitioners of every kind. Across borders and across modalities, the same thing shows up.
Practitioners are phenomenal at the work — and, quite frankly, most are rubbish at running the business around it.
Not through any lack of ability. Nobody trains you to run a diary, chase invoices, write a website and grow a client list on top of the job you actually qualified for. So that was the problem worth fixing: a product that lets practitioners focus on what they do best, while the admin in the background — the boring stuff — is automated and streamlined for them.
So we’re on one mission: to help practitioners build a business that is sustainable. One that earns a real living without spending thousands every year on tools, consultants and things that ultimately drain the funds.
Who we build for
Anyone who sells their time and expertise one appointment at a time — across health, wellness, beauty, fitness, education and advice — and is the practitioner and the practice manager at once. Solo or a small team, in a room or over video, anywhere in the world.

What we make
One system, built around the shape of a working week rather than around a database.
Appointments, availability, buffers and notice periods, a public booking page, and a widget that drops into a site you already have.
Session notes written by you or drafted from a recording, client files with per-file visibility, documents and forms sent for signature, and 227 templates to start from.
Invoices, card payments through Stripe, session bundles and subscriptions, and a dashboard that says what the practice actually earned.
A site on your own subdomain or your own domain, built from templates, published from inside the app.
What we hold ourselves to
You're being asked to put client health records into our software. That deserves a higher standard of claim than software marketing usually manages, so these are written down and enforced in the build rather than left to good intentions.
No invented customer counts, no time-saved statistics, no testimonials from people who don’t exist. The site has a build gate that fails if a retired figure reappears in the copy — and, since September 2026, a second one that fails if it reappears inside a picture.
GDPR. A badge that asserts a completed audit is a claim that a report exists and can be produced on request, so we display one when that’s true and not before. The build refuses to render an unevidenced mark at all.
Not what’s on the branch. Where something is in build, the site says it’s in build. Where a plan gates a feature, the pricing page says which plan.
The detail is on Security & data — including every subprocessor that touches your clients' information.
Where we work
MyWellOps is priced in local currencies, and each market gets its own prices rather than a converted figure. The same features in every country — only the currency changes.
Each has its own edition of this site; the footer's region selector switches between them.
Who we work with
Professional indemnity cover is arranged through Oxygen, part of Marsh Commercial, with a discount for practitioners on the Pro plan. Card payments run through Stripe. Calendars sync with Google.
