1. Services Provided

• The Coach agrees to provide the Client with the coaching package described below, including the number of sessions, format, and any deliverables (e.g. session notes, action plans) agreed between the parties.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

• The total fee for the package is payable as set out in the invoice issued by the Coach. Payment is due prior to commencement unless a payment plan is agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place, save where required by law.

3. Term and Termination

• This contract runs for the duration of the agreed package. Either party may terminate for material breach on 14 days' written notice if the breach is not remedied. On termination, fees for services already delivered remain payable.

4. Intellectual Property

• All materials, frameworks, and tools provided by the Coach remain the Coach's intellectual property and are licensed to the Client for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed during the coaching relationship, save where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

6. Governing Law

• This contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
